I think I’ve committed a cardinal sin,
I did something that was forbidden,
I gorged on this scrumptious fried thing,
On samosa the banned king,
What could I have done?
With all the items on the menu I would’ve anyways come undone,
I had to choose the lesser vice,
Among quiche, samosa or a pizza slice,
I usually prefer cheese over fried,
But this time the look of the samosa made me decide,
The golden crisp exterior,
Simply melted my ‘fat’ fear,
And I just went for it,
And into its crunchy surface I bit,
And what a pleasure it was,
The samosa and coffee at intermittent pause,
Should I regret committing the sin?
I don’t know perhaps you should check my grin!
