The nursery admissions are on,
I can’t but think of our times gone,
We were in Delhi at that time,
And admissions there is as gruesome as a crime,

We filled several forms,
We had to adhere to many norms,
I filled several pages why we wanted our kid there,
Of course all good things, couldn’t really be threadbare,

Then came the time for interactions,
Where we were quizzed on our submissions,

Our little one was quite the star,
Unfazed by the unseen, unknown and on par,

We were glad when the results came in,
It was a real win win,
The school was good for her,
It laid the foundation to soar for her
