Another friend’s birthday goes by,
Another birthday without an invite slips by,
More and more she’s left out,
From the circles she once used to tout,

It breaks my heart to see all this,
I so badly want to pull her out of this abyss,

Till the time she’s in this state,
I want to inundate her with as much love and blessings I can consecrate,
So that she does not feel anything is amiss,
And birthdays and friends she does not miss,

And when she’s hale and hearty once again,
She can slip back to her circles as if there was no strain
