No wonder baby loves her school,
Everyone is so warm yet so cool,
They all pamper her so much,
Accommodating all her frailties as such,

The pampering extends to me as well,
I am offered their special staff tea which is swell,

And as I sip my favourite drink,
It makes me perk up and think,

God works in strange ways,
Takes away so much yet gives the strength to fight the malaise,

I do see how I’ve grown as a person,
But at what cost is beyond reason,
What has she to gain from all this,
Caught in this dismal abyss,

But like I said God works in strange ways,
I hope the day is not far when we see his/her rays
